  • Ability to lead complex integrated communications projects and campaigns
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage scope schedules budgets deliverables and competing priorities
  • Ability to guide cross-functional teams across strategy content creative digital research and outreach
  • Ability to translate client needs into clear plans and actionable recommendations
  • Experience supporting federal government clients especially U.S. Department of Health and Human Services agencies is highly valued

Day to day

  • Lead or support integrated health communications initiatives for federal public health clients
  • Develop strategic communications plans and campaigns that inform health decisions and improve public awareness
  • Coordinate audience research message development content creation digital outreach and stakeholder engagement
  • Manage project plans budgets schedules deliverables and cross-functional teams across internal staff partners and subcontractors
