Requirements
- Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in health public health or social impact communications
- Ability to lead complex integrated communications projects and campaigns
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage scope schedules budgets deliverables and competing priorities
- Ability to guide cross-functional teams across strategy content creative digital research and outreach
- Ability to translate client needs into clear plans and actionable recommendations
- Experience supporting federal government clients especially U.S. Department of Health and Human Services agencies is highly valued

Day to day
- Lead or support integrated health communications initiatives for federal public health clients
- Develop strategic communications plans and campaigns that inform health decisions and improve public awareness
- Coordinate audience research message development content creation digital outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Manage project plans budgets schedules deliverables and cross-functional teams across internal staff partners and subcontractors
