Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis budgeting forecasting or program financial management in Healthcare Operations
- Experience supporting complex programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of cost management forecasting variance analysis and financial reporting
- Ability to build detailed financial models in Excel including pivot tables lookups scenario analysis and regression
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate financial findings to non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail organization and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Day to day
- Lead financial operations for the WTC Health Program, including claims payment processing, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Analyze medical and pharmacy spending trends, identify cost drivers, and monitor budget performance against funding allocations.
- Build financial models and dashboards, reconcile data across systems, and produce clear insights for leadership and stakeholders.
