What the job involves

• Recruit onboard and ensure a good level of compliance for our private Hospitals
• Work closely with the team to ensure that we are connecting the best talent with the best opportunities
• Proactively contact prospective applicants for pre-screening calls and conduct video interviews to assess suitability for the role
• Support applicants throughout the Recruitment journey to maintain a high level of compliance training requirements references and DBS are in line with CQC safe recruitment practices
• Consistently uphold best practice and be a role model for the wider business
