Requirements
- Located near northeast Ohio
- Bachelor’s degree in computer technologies preferred
- Previous help desk or IT support experience preferred
- Experience in a responsible role preferably legal environment
- Proficient with MS Office Outlook and Windows 7/10
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to listen answer phones document problems and explain clearly
- Aptitude for learning new software and troubleshooting
- Able to work independently and in a team

Day to day
- Provide timely and accurate help desk support to lawyers and staff
- Receive and log calls emails and voicemails while resolving end user incidents
- Troubleshoot technical issues fulfill service requests and escalate problems appropriately
- Create documentation for problem solving measures across various applications when needed
