  • Bachelor’s degree in computer technologies preferred
  • Previous help desk or IT support experience preferred
  • Experience in a responsible role preferably legal environment
  • Proficient with MS Office Outlook and Windows 7/10
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to listen answer phones document problems and explain clearly
  • Aptitude for learning new software and troubleshooting
  • Able to work independently and in a team
