Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of IT user support experience in a complex business environment
- 2+ years supporting Windows 10 Office 365 and Apple iOS
- Basic understanding of networking and DNS
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills for applications operating systems and hardware
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong time management and priority management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel to company locations and training as needed
Nice to have
- Microsoft certification
- Cisco certification
Day to day
- Provide responsive IT helpdesk support for remote and on-site users across multiple locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop laptop mobile device and software issues through phone email remote desktop and desk-side support
- Manage hardware software rollouts device inventory user access controls and standard image maintenance
- Support Microsoft Intune mobile devices and contribute to technology standards training and companywide initiatives
