Day to day

  • Drive new business revenue by finding hiring training and managing setters and closers.
  • Coach and train sales reps through call reviews one to ones group sessions and daily feedback to improve performance.
  • Run daily sales operations including meetings KPI tracking CRM oversight and coordination with marketing to keep the team performing at a high level.

Hiring process
