Remote Histology Application Consultant Job in Norwich, UK Leica Biosystems

Who you are

• BA/BSc in Life Science or equivalent field
• Experience as a Biomedical Scientist from a Histology background
• Specific experience in Specimen Dissection, Tissue Processing/embedding, Microtomy/cutting, Routine H&E staining using automated platforms, Special Stains, IHC & ISH staining using automated platforms
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to quickly identify customer needs and adapt support based on those to gain customer trust and win
• Commercial awareness mind-set
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to travel within defined territory up to 80% of their time
• Attend Sales and related product meetings nationwide

What the job involves

• Support customers throughout the entire customer journey whilst growing core reagent and product sales through market intelligence
• Provide optimal customer support with demonstrations, tenders responses, and sales growth
• Assist in increasing market share through effective promotion and selling efforts and by defending achieved market share against competition
