Requirements
- Diploma-qualified in Paraplanning with at least 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in using tools such as Defaqto Engage Dynamic Planner FE Analytics and others
- Skilled in completing complex calculations like Inheritance Tax Planning and Capital Gains.
- Strong relationship management and client communication skills
- Able to manage own workflow and provide proactive updates.
Day to day
- Completing product and fund research to support client recommendations.
- Generating high-quality suitability reports efficiently.
- Running various analysis like switching reports and cash flow modelling using systems like Voyant.
- Managing client relationships through telephone email and video calls.
- Maintaining a self-driven workflow and updating the Paraplanning Team Leader.
- Ensuring quality control and performing peer-checking to uphold service levels.
