Who you are
- Minimum 1-2 years' HR experience with exposure to ER issues
- CIPD qualification or relevant management/legal qualification desirable
- Experience in applying company HR policies and procedures
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Calm and professional approach to sensitive people issues
What the job involves
- Provide pragmatic and legally-compliant HR advice and guidance to line managers
- Support and coach line managers in resolving ER issues
- Manage ER cases efficiently and proactively
- Act as a mentor and escalation point for HR Assistants
