- Highly detailed and process oriented
- Comfortable with large data sets and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Experience managing people data within core HR systems
- Experience managing a ticketing system
- Experience with support for EMEA countries
- German speaker
What the job involves
- Support EMEA employee lifecycle transactions
- Ensure data integrity throughout the employee life cycle
- Respond to People team inquiries from employees
- Create and manage employee files and HR records
- Conduct audits to support HR and cross-functional initiatives
- Provide basic reporting to teams across the organization
