• Wherever you’ve gained your experience in HR you can build on your skills and further your career by gaining a coaching qualification while enjoying a much more rewarding role.
• Day-to-day you’ll work with learners via remote technology and in some case at their place of work to deliver the apprenticeship standard including delivery of the Human Resources Support Level 3 and Human Resources Consultant Level 5 to successful completion of the programme.
• That includes providing the support guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications.
• You’ll also help them to achieve transferable skills (in maths and English) if needed managing your own admin along the way.
