  • Exceptional achievement history from high school, through graduate studies and career

What the job involves

  • Provide HR guidance to teams and managers, setting high expectations of behavior and performance.
  • Partner with line managers to offer employee relations advice on global policies and procedures.
  • Manage benefit programs across Americas locations and liaise with finance on payroll and projects.
  • Support full HR lifecycle including onboarding, benefit administration, and departures.
  • Lead the development and integration of the HR system, producing data-driven reports to influence initiatives.
  • Support internal resource groups and maintain corporate policies with a global lens and local application.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
