Who you are

  • HR generalist background (min 2/3 years) understanding of and experience of delivering TUPE
  • Experience in providing effective People based business solutions supporting operational outcomes
  • People management and relationship building skills to influence key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust
  • Ability to multi-task manage own time handle challenging situations and use own initiative
  • Well organised with tight deadlines and excellent attention to detail
  • Collaborative teamwork approach with clients and other function leads
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills detail oriented with clear report and brief presentation
  • Experience designing and delivering project plans

What the job involves

  • Develop and execute people solutions for assigned transactions, ensuring alignment with Capita's strategy.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, partnering with teams including commercial, legal, and finance.
  • Attend client dialogue sessions representing Capita's people function, developing client relationships and managing HR aspects of transactions.
  • Maintain effective relationships with People leads and Project leads impacting ST activity.
  • Develop required documents, presentations, and materials, ensuring compliance with market changes and employment law updates.
  • Promote Capita's Corporate values and increase diversity of thought.
