  • Ability to deliver work with deep subject matter expertise and attention to detail
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong accountability
  • Fluency in English with proficiency in Hebrew as a plus

What the job involves

  • Play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR processes tailored to the regulatory and cultural landscapes of the United Kingdom and Israel
  • Design and implement international HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with local laws and regulations in the UK, Israel, and Germany
  • Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers on best practices for international HR operations
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR policies mitigate legal risks and support business objectives
