Demonstrated expertise in international HR practices and compliance
In-depth knowledge of HR regulations and laws for European countries, specifically UK and Germany, with knowledge of Israel as a nice-to-have
Strong analytical skills to interpret legal guidelines and complex regulations

What the job involves
Play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR processes tailored to the regulatory and cultural landscapes of the United Kingdom and Israel
Design and implement international HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with local laws and regulations in the UK, Israel, and Germany
Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers on best practices for international HR operations
Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR policies mitigate legal risks and support business objectives
Lead cross-functional projects related to international HR process improvement and integration
Conduct benchmarking analysis to compare HR practices with industry standards and competitors in the UK and Israel
