Who you are

  • Associate's Degree OR Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years HR experience OR 5 years in Customer Service role
  • Reside in one of the following remote-eligible states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MI, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY
  • Effective communication over the phone and in writing
  • Active listening skills and ability to ask probing questions
  • Work in high pressure situations involving confidential or sensitive matters
  • High sense of urgency on completing assignments
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR functions within an organization
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, Human Capital Management Systems (HCM), Case Management and Knowledge Management tools



What the job involves

  • Responds to escalated inquiries via telephone, website, or email, utilizing available tools and resources
  • Documents incoming calls using a case management tool to resolve issues within service level agreements
  • Escalates issues to Tier II and COE teams and HRIS team on the customer's behalf to ensure service levels are met
  • Handles administrative, transactional, and data/records management activities in support of HR
  • Stays ahead of changes to policies and practices to ensure timely resolution of issues
