Experience in Workday HCM design, configuration, and reporting
Expertise in Compensation & Benefits strategy and roadmap on Workday
Proficiency in implementing and supporting HR IT cloud-based systems
Knowledge of HR Technology, vendors, and implementation across multiple markets
Program and project management experience with technology design and delivery
What the job involves
Define, develop, and deliver Compensation and Benefits strategy in Workday
Manage relationship with HR technology partners for simplification, standardization, and automation
Act as a champion for customers and team members to drive continuous improvement
