5-7 years of marketing technology leadership experience in B2B SaaS industry
8+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM automation a must
Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles and lead generation
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Exceptional communication and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly understand company and go to market goals and continue to evolve them over time
Strong experience leading nurturing training and developing an integrated digital marketing team
Deep understanding of buyer’s journey including top middle and bottom of funnel strategies that drive results
Excellent analytical skills including strong business judgment and ability to present data in an easy to understand way
Strong project management skills and experience driving cross functional projects end to end
