• Proven experience with HubSpot implementation and customisation
• Strong understanding of inbound marketing and sales strategies
• Proficient in data migration and CRM integration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• HubSpot certifications are a plus
• Experience with other CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage

What the job involves

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
• Design and implement HubSpot solutions tailored to clients' requirements
• Configure and customize HubSpot modules including CRM Marketing Hub Sales Hub and Service Hub
• Migrate data from existing systems to HubSpot
• Develop and execute onboarding and training programs for clients and internal teams
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HubSpot users
• Create and manage workflows email campaigns and automation within HubSpot
• Monitor and analyse the performance of HubSpot implementations and recommend improvements
• Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates and industry best practices
