Who you are

• Must be a UK resident with agency experience in client services
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Build long-term relationships and grow accounts
• Experience in setting up and implementing HubSpot or similar CRM
• Good English communication and customer-friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask, strong communication, problem-solving, and design skills
• Good interpersonal skills and client-handling experience

Desirables

• Certifications from HubSpot Academy
• Experience in managing HubSpot and Salesforce or Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms like Make.com or Zapier
• Ability to write JavaScript code (specifically Node.js)
