Our History
When commercial support for GlassFish ended in 2014, Payara Server was created as a fully-supported drop-in replacement. Payara Services was born in 2016 to offer support solutions for the application server. By 2017, Payara Services had joined The Eclipse Foundation and the Payara Platform expanded to include Payara Micro and comprehensive commercial support options for development projects, in-production support, and consultancy solutions.  In 2018, Payara Platform 5 was released and a new EU office was created to further support the rapidly growing company.

The HubSpot Specialist will create, test, and maintain all aspects of our HubSpot instance and integrated applications. This role involves managing and optimizing our HubSpot instance to support our marketing, sales, and customer service teams, ensuring that HubSpot is used effectively to drive business growth, enhance customer relationships, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in sales and marketing automation with business process experience in applying technology to bring about improvements and resolutions. Responsibilities HubSpot AdministrationAssist in managing and maintaining the day-to-day running of the HubSpot platform, supporting sales, marketing, and customer success leaders.Operate, troubleshoot, and administer HubSpot and third-party tools platforms.Ensure data integrity and quality within HubSpot by performing regular audits and cleanups.Create and maintain detailed documentation, including operational processes, workflows, and training documents. Keep system users informed about system functionality and enhancements.Implement quality control procedures to ensure flawless data hygiene and governance and maintain data quality for the entire HubSpot database and associated third-party systems.Marketing AutomationAssist in developing and executing automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and segmentation.Assist the marketing team in maintaining and developing lead scoring, analysing performance, and documenting changes and improvements to maintain high-quality leads.Proactively review and identify areas to increase efficiency with automation.Collaborate with the Email Marketing Channel team on HubSpot strategy, architecture, and processes.Sales EnablementWork with the Lead Generation Specialist to ensure a high-quality lead qualification process.Generate and distribute reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance and pipeline health.Customer Relationship Management:Assist the customer service team in managing accounts via HubSpot, setting up and managing tickets and developing a customer-focused management process.Ensure customer data is accurately captured and utilised for personalised communication and support.Develop strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction using HubSpot tools.Training and SupportProvide training and support to internal teams on how to effectively use HubSpot.Stay up-to-date with HubSpot’s latest features and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the HubSpot platform.
Essential Knowledge/SkillsMust have experience with HubSpot; HubSpot certifications are desirable.Experience with DocuSign would be beneficial.Experience with Microsoft 365 and the Microsoft suite of products. Experience in producing sales and marketing reports in HubSpot and Excel.Must possess excellent organisation and time management skills.Proficient in reading and creating process flow charts and diagrams.Working knowledge of data retention practices and privacy laws.A high level of organisational and project management skills and experience using Jira and Confluence is desirable.Adept at multitasking under pressure, with the ability to prioritise and handle a variety of projects simultaneouslyAbility to take initiative in problem-solving and decision-makingSuccess with achieving goals and OKRs
