Remote Human Factor Engineer Job in United States TekOne IT Services Pvt. Ltd.

Who you are

• In-depth knowledge and experience of human factors and cognitive psychology theory
• Understanding of the software development process and software technology
• Ability to work effectively with R&D teams
• Implement new processes to existing human factors and related systems
• Document and deliver software engineering information to management
• Work within a team and as an individual in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to travel approximately 10%, including internationally
• Experience with FDA regulated, class 2 or class 3 medical devices or combination
• Knowledge of insulin-requiring diabetes and diabetes product
• Understanding of Quality System Regulations (QSR)
• Maintain a Design History File (DHF) and Usability Engineering File
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and verbal form
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Design, or related field
• 5+ years of experience
