Requirements
- Degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Experience with Systems Engineering
- Systems certification process knowledge
- Systems architecture and design experience
- Experience with requirements-based software such as Polarion or Doors
- Executed at least one human factors assessment per AMC 29.1302
- Worked in at least one complex engineering program
- Experience with configuration management tools
- Agile knowledge
- Only USC or GC
Day to day
- Owns defining and executing engineering reviews and findings closure within a systems engineering environment.
- Updates systems architecture and design documentation, including Polarion content aligned to Jira work package scope.
- Performs human factors assessments and supports certification activities for complex engineering programs.
