- Vocational qualification HND or equivalent with extensive practical experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication report writing and presentation skills

Day to day
- Lead Human Factors delivery across Defence and Nuclear projects in highly regulated environments.
- Apply rigorous Human Factors methods to support safety critical systems operability and regulatory assurance.
- Provide technical leadership mentor colleagues and translate operational and regulatory needs into practical design guidance.
