  • Have relevant HRBP experience
  • Experience in writing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with TUPE experience and application
  • Possess excellent people skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • CIPD qualified
  • Knowledge and practical examples of dealing with employee relations issues
  • Good understanding of relevant legislation

  • Provide operational support and advice on all aspects of HR to the business, managers, and employees
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and initiatives
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR matters for the customer base
