Who you are
- Requires BA/BS degree and 5+ years relevant HR experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence through relationships and data
- Comfortable with hands-on and strategic work
- Expertise in HR operations including compensation performance management, and compliance
- HR designation preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
- Multisite healthcare HR experience desirable
