In this role, you will play a dual role in IT recruiting and HR generalist responsibilities.

Your Role:

IT Recruiting (50% of the time)

Source, screen, and engage top technical talent across multiple functionsPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop innovative sourcing strategiesManage the full cycle recruiting process, from interview coordination to offer negotiationsProvide a stellar candidate experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring processAnalyze recruiting data and metrics to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes to create monthly reportsRepresent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract diverse talent

HR Generalist Responsibilities (50% of your time)

Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and workplace mattersSupport activities centered around the employee experience of onboarding, transfers, and offboardingAssist with employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiativesMaintain accurate HR records and support HRIS data integrityGenerate reports and insights to support data-driven HR decision-makingContribute to training and development initiatives to enhance employee growthPartner with the HR team to drive engagement, culture, and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

3+ years of experience in technical recruiting and HR functionsPrior experience working in a software or SaaS-based technology companyA strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practicesProven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical rolesExperience partnering with hiring managers for technical roles and collaborating with managers on HR activities such as performance management, onboarding, and offboardingExperience using structured interviewing, consistent interview scorecards, and competency-based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates and support hiring decisionsExperience handling employee relations matters, supporting performance management processes, and conducting HR investigations with sound documentation and confidentiality practicesExperience supporting onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processesExperience maintaining HR records, ensuring HRIS data integrity, and supporting HR compliance initiativesExcellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR and recruiting dataProficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems; experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workable is preferredA self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic team environmentEligibility to work in the United StatesExperience supporting performance management through goal-setting frameworks such as OKRs and coaching practices is a plusExperience building onboarding plans, such as 30/60/90-day plans, is a plusBeing located in the Eastern Time Zone is preferred
