Who you are

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience with HR or business programs/processes OR Master's Degree AND 3+ years experience with HR or business programs/processes OR equivalent experience
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)/Society for Human Resources Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
• 1+ year(s) employee relations experience
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
