Who you are
- 2-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS is required, with a strong knowledge of Excel and GSuite.
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones as needed.

What the job involves
