What the job involves

• The Human Resources Intern will gain knowledge and experience by working on a variety of HR projects and processes under the supervision of experienced HR professionals
• Provide support to the Global HR Services team on a full spectrum of activities including HR case management and executing Workday business processes
• Directly engage with team members in high-impact moments through intaking, researching, and resolving team member inquiries on topics across the HR spectrum
• Assist with the administration and analysis of Global Compensation programs such as Job Analysis & Evaluation and compliance audits
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of Benefits Annual Enrollment communication materials
• Gain an understanding of our HR Technology systems to assist in testing, reporting, and other projects as necessary
