Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop others
- Ability to recognize work hazards and mitigate them using proper tools and procedures
- Effective computer operation skills and ability to operate system testing applications
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to work in a rotational on-call schedule including weekends or after-hours
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and ability to operate company vehicle
- CPR and First Aid training

Day to day
- Support daily OCC and O&M work processes with timely technical guidance and structured oversight.
- Develop high-voltage training materials in collaboration with technical leaders and internal teams.
- Provide remote and on-call HV support for technicians clients and operational commissioning activities while reinforcing safety and quality practices.
