Day to day
- Research trends topics and keywords across the YouTube platform to uncover timely opportunities
- Develop and pitch fresh viral video ideas and formats both independently and on assignment
- Review sort and synthesize raw inspiration then guide group brainstorm sessions to sharpen concepts
- Write and rewrite YouTube titles and thumbnail design copy that improve clickability
- Work closely with a remote contractor team each day to keep creative direction agile and strategically inspired
