Requirements
- Licensed attorney in good standing
- 1–3 years of immigration practice or closely related experience
- Strong knowledge of immigration law and INA provisions
- Experience advising on family-based employment-based and humanitarian visas
- Ability to assess removal defense asylum and crimmigration issues
- Excellent legal research fact-gathering and analytical writing skills
- Strong client communication skills
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple intakes and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Arabic or Spanish highly beneficial
- Commitment to client-centered advocacy and non-discriminatory service

Day to day
- Conduct initial legal assessments for prospective immigration clients and review intake information carefully.
- Interview clients to gather facts identify immigration issues and determine potential case strategies.
- Prepare concise case summaries identify needed documentation and collaborate with senior attorneys on triage and follow-up recommendations.
- Draft preliminary legal analyses maintain accurate records and help streamline intake workflows for efficient client service.
