- Strong knowledge of immigration law and regulations
- Experience preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
- Experience creating legal documents and conducting legal research
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and government agencies
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fluency in Spanish or another foreign language is preferred
