Remote Implementation Consultant Job in UK IRIS Software Group

Who you are

• Professional accounting qualification: ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
• Experience in accounting role, strong grasp of IFRS 16, FASB ASC 842 preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with systems implementation, ideally in ERP solutions
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail, precision, and accuracy
• Excellent time management and task organization

What the job involves

• Oversee onboarding and implementation of ILA software ensuring seamless client experience
• Provide expert training, manage helpdesk escalations, and support clients in meeting SLAs
• Showcase ILA software to potential clients, contribute to its development, and offer technical accounting support to team
• Assist in maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISAE 3402 certifications and other compliance standards
