Remote Implementation Consultant Job in UK NEC Software Solutions

Who you are

• Experience in using/writing SQL
• Experience in receiving and manipulating data to feed back into a database system
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of project methodologies
• Experience working with customers and/or external agencies
• Ability to problem solve and multi-task in demanding circumstances
• Ability to work on your own or part of a team and on multiple projects in parallel
• UK Driving license and willing to work away from home as required.

Desirables

• Experience of creating, configuring, and implementing NEC Revenues and Benefits system modules
• Expertise and extensive up to date knowledge in one or more of the following business areas, NEC products or Services: Revenues (Council Tax and/or Non-Domestic Rates), Benefits (CTR and/or HB)
• Working Knowledge of ORACLE SQL and/or PL/SQL
• Experience in using UNIX systems

• Provide high quality implementation consultancy and training for NEC customers within the Government sector.
• Extend the capability of the team by training and mentoring others in your areas of expertise and learning new skills, products, and business areas from colleagues.
• Ensure all consultancy and training is delivered effectively and achieve positive customer feedback.
