Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions engineering preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of APIs JSON webhooks and system integrations
- Coding experience in Node.js and Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Exceptional communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Day to day
- Build and configure automation flows to deliver a client's first live use case within the implementation window
- Fine-tune AI behaviour and logic using real customer interactions and feedback
- Integrate the platform with third-party customer service tools using APIs and webhooks
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Run training sessions and workshops to help customers use the platform effectively
- Monitor implementation progress and resolve technical issues quickly and thoroughly
