• 2-5 years of customer-facing software implementation experience in legal services
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft SQL scripting language and writing queries
• Competent in problem-solving, customer-focus, communication, and organizational support

What the job involves

• Ensure client satisfaction through successful installation of Intapp solutions
• Participate in complex projects and model best practices
• Assess client needs and install industry-standard legal systems
• Provide leadership to the team and act as escalation point for complex situations
• Perform system upgrades and migrations to the Cloud
• Write reports to review historical data
• Own end-to-end implementation of software products and services
• Deliver client integrations and troubleshoot technical issues
• Roll out new software solutions and assist with product training
• Contribute to team effort and attend educational workshops
