Who you are

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a SaaS Implementation Manager
• Direct experience or strong familiarity with the Payments Industry or similar roles at a software provider or merchant
• Knowledge of municipalities, utility billing, or tax payments is an asset
• Proven capability in customer relationship management and engagement
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
• Proven success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as a team
• Proficient with MS Office 365, SharePoint, and Jira

What the job involves

• Become a Subject Matter Expert in Citizen Portal Functionality
• Develop and manage a project plan for each customer, ensuring on-time go-live
• Perform discovery of customer processes to identify product gaps
• Perform Data Load Analysis for accurate data import and export
• Manage internal communications about the status of all implementation projects
• Develop and deliver post-go-live communication strategies to enhance customer engagement
• Successfully transition customers to the support team after go-live
• Be the representative of PayaGov to all UtilityConnect Customers
