What the job involves
Work one-on-one with clients to implement Rippling products across HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, IT platform, and more
Manage the implementation process end-to-end to meet target timelines and goals
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless hand-offs, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback for product enhancements
Support in developing and documenting processes and best practices
