Who you are

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally at least 95% of the time
• Must be fluent in French
• Must live within an hour of an international airport
• 2+ years in the Hospitality industry preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Customer Service or similar experience required
• Strong organization and time management to handle multiple implementations at once
• Ability to triage current work queue and prioritize accordingly
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team

What the job involves

• Assists with implementation, deployment, and documentation of SaaS systems
• Configures applications to meet customer-specific business processes
• Maintains strong communication on project status and any necessary escalations
