Requirements
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally at least 95% of the time
- Must be fluent in French
- Must live within an hour of an international airport
- 2+ years in the Hospitality industry preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer Service or similar experience required
- Strong organization and time management to handle multiple implementations at once
- Ability to triage current work queue and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Day to day
- Assists with implementation, deployment, and documentation of SaaS systems
- Configures applications to meet customer-specific business processes
- Maintains strong communication on project status and any necessary escalations
