Requirements
- Experience with data manipulation and standardization using Trifacta and Excel/Power Query
- 2+ years experience in data transformation software configuration and integrations
- Customer-centric with a strong commitment to delivering great outcomes
- Proficient in multitasking and leading multiple implementations simultaneously
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in Word PowerPoint Excel and G-Suite Docs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Day to day
- Standardize and transform client data into a templated format
- Engage and consult with clients during regular calls
- Work cross-functionally to prioritize configuration and setup of client systems
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
- Lead customer-facing calls and manage post-call follow-up activities
- Execute the entire onboarding journey for clients from start to finish
- Interface with internal technical teams to implement feature requests and integrations
