Day to day

  • Lead small to mid-sized customers through onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training with a structured and professional approach.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects by building project plans, tracking milestones, and coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Guide customers on best practices, support change management, and help ensure accurate data imports and early value realization on the Karbon platform.
