Requirements

  • Law degree (J.D. or equivalent) and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction
  • 4–6 years of experience in a reputable corporate law firm
  • Strong emphasis on commercial transactions and licensing
  • Proven experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements in the video game or entertainment industry
  • Expertise in the video game entertainment or consumer products industries strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally

Day to day

  • Draft, review, and negotiate inbound and outbound licensing agreements for game development, co-branding, publishing, and digital media.
  • Collaborate with licensing teams to structure business deals that expand brand presence while safeguarding intellectual property.
  • Advise internal teams on marketing, promotional campaigns, governance, compliance, and other corporate legal matters across global operations.
