- Gather and analyze requirements from Sales Finance HR and Operations to shape effective compensation processes.
- Configure implement and optimize ICM platforms while supporting data integration governance and reporting.
- Lead upgrades enhancements and performance tuning and provide technical leadership to developers and analysts.
