Who you are
Previous experience in IT service management and managing incident and problem lifecycle activities.
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple incidents concurrently.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster collaboration across business functions.
ITIL 4 certification or equivalent service management experience at scale.
Proven ability for problem-solving and operating both independently and as part of a team.

What the job involves
Manage all aspects of the incident and problem lifecycle to ensure rapid service restoration.
Work collaboratively with internal teams ensuring effective communication and incident updates to customers.
Conduct incident reviews and update documentation post-resolution.
Implement strategies for managing and coordinating resources business-wide for handling significant incidents.
Lead major incident and problem reviews assessing the effectiveness of outcomes.
Assist in the development of tools templates and processes for enhancing incident and problem management.
