  • Previous experience in IT service management and managing incident and problem lifecycle activities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple incidents concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster collaboration across business functions.
  • ITIL 4 certification or equivalent service management experience at scale.
  • Proven ability for problem-solving and operating both independently and as part of a team.

What the job involves

  • Manage all aspects of the incident and problem lifecycle to ensure rapid service restoration.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams ensuring effective communication and incident updates to customers.
  • Conduct incident reviews and update documentation post-resolution.
  • Implement strategies for managing and coordinating resources business-wide for handling significant incidents.
  • Lead major incident and problem reviews assessing the effectiveness of outcomes.
  • Assist in the development of tools templates and processes for enhancing incident and problem management.
