Who you are

• Experience in cyber incident response within the private sector
• At least 1 year of management experience

• You will handle incident response cases and own the customer experience from onboarding through case closed.
• You will provide guidance to clients seeking visibility on how their cases will progress and you will negotiate with cyber criminals.
• You will manage financial operations associated with settlements.
• You will interact with our commercial partners, and our partners in law enforcement.
• You will be responsible for following and improving our operations compliance procedures.
• Our case operations and the efficiency of our throughput are in your hands.
• You will have the opportunity to travel and speak on behalf of the company to clients and at industry.
