Remote Indirect Tax Solution Consultant Job in Brighton, UK Avalara

Who you are

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or professional services within the Indirect Tax Technology SaaS industry
• Degree or equivalent qualification in accountancy, tax, computing, mathematics, or similar
• Tax qualifications like ATT, CTA are advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of the indirect tax industry, including indirect tax calculation, compliance, and e-invoicing
• Understanding of major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce or Microsoft D365 and/or E-Commerce platforms like BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopify+
• Experience with a Big 4 firm

What the job involves

• Support the EMEA Sales team with product, tax, and technology aspects
• Provide technical demonstrations of Avalara products including Calculation, Cross Border, E-invoicing, and Indirect Tax Reporting
• Deliver presentations and product workshops at industry events
• Support RFPs, RFIs, and InfoSec requests
• Provide training to the EMEA Sales team on an ongoing basis
• Deliver product demonstrations through webinars
