Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience designing supporting or operating in distribution center environments
- Background in solutions design operations engineering or site implementation within a 3PL or similar logistics environment preferred
- Exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations and project-based engineering work
- Working knowledge of 3PL distribution center processes and workflows
- Familiarity with automation and material handling systems
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts

Day to day
- Lead the design and development of innovative supply chain solutions for new business opportunities renewals and re-engineering initiatives
- Translate complex data into actionable insights using advanced analysis engineering models and scenario planning
- Develop end-to-end operating concepts including process flows labor models and facility layouts
- Create persuasive customer proposals and presentations that communicate value efficiency gains and cost benefits
- Collaborate with business development and program management teams to deliver high-quality proposals within tight timelines
- Support continuous improvement sustainability and emerging technology initiatives across distribution center operations
