Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a global, multinational corporation
- 2-3 years in a Sales role working directly with commercial teams
- Experience in R&D collaborating with stakeholders and leading projects through execution and functional leadership
- Direct cross-functional teams in product development and innovation initiatives
- Develop & execute comprehensive marketing and go-to-market strategies
- Strong history of project management and cross-team collaboration
- Proactive, hands-on leader
- Develop incentives, training, and pricing strategies
- Drive business development opportunities including capacity requirements, sales & marketing requirements, and technical support
- Provide P&L oversight
- Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering or equivalent
- Professional Project Management Certification preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- 20% Domestic & International Travel
