Who you are

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a global, multinational corporation
• 2-3 years in a Sales role working directly with commercial teams
• Experience in R&D collaborating with stakeholders and leading projects through execution and functional leadership
• Direct cross-functional teams in product development and innovation initiatives
• Develop & execute comprehensive marketing and go-to-market strategies
• Strong history of project management and cross-team collaboration
• Proactive, hands-on leader
• Develop incentives, training, and pricing strategies
• Drive business development opportunities including capacity requirements, sales & marketing requirements, and technical support
• Provide P&L oversight
• Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Project Management Certification preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• 20% Domestic & International Travel
