Day to day
- Configure and support Infor WFM and Infor GHR/HCM modules including time and attendance scheduling rules pay rules accruals employee lifecycle and security setup
- Design troubleshoot and reprocess integrations across HCM WFM Middleware ION IPA and API or file based flows while identifying failures and root causes
- Analyze data validate transactions and document solutions using SQL logs and system behavior to resolve issues and improve workflow automation
